Heeehaw! Calling all Country Fans for a special Country Themed Yoga hosted by Bend Yoga at Sun King Mishawaka on 11.24 at 10:00am.
Practice balancing poses and a gentle flow that gives you a sense of calm and tranquility that is perfect for our country fans. Stretch to mix of some some country classics and some of today's hot country hits.
Bend Yoga's experienced instructor will guide you through various yoga poses to help you stretch and strengthen your body. This event is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Come prepared with your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. One 16 oz beer is included with the price of the class. The beer must be consumed day-of.
