Practice balancing poses and a gentle flow that gives you a sense of calm and tranquility that is perfect for our 1989 pals. Stretch to mix of some of your favorite songs from her early days to her latest album release. 

Bend Yoga's experienced instructor will guide you through various yoga poses to help you stretch and strengthen your body. This event is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Come prepared with your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. One 16 oz beer is included with the price of the class. The beer must be consumed day-of.
